Dr. Abady’s journey in dentistry began right here in Virginia. He graduated with honors from George Mason University before attending the Howard University College of Dentistry, where he graduated in the top 3% of his class.
To provide his patients with the highest level of care, he completed a rigorous General Practice Residency and Oral Surgery Fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital Centers in Manhattan. This intensive training in New York allowed him to master everything from routine family care and endodontics to the most complex periodontal surgeries and full-mouth rehabilitations.

Dr. Abady is committed to staying at the absolute forefront of dental medicine. He has completed the prestigious American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) MaxiCourse, one of the most comprehensive and respected continuing education programs in implant dentistry.
His commitment to surgical excellence has also taken him across the globe as an active member of O.R.C.A.A. (Operation Re-dentulate Central America Association). On several occasions, he has traveled to Guatemala City to collaborate with world-renowned surgeons, performing complex “re-dentulating” procedures for those in need. By mastering these advanced techniques, Dr. Abady brings a level of precision back to Arlington that ensures every filling, crown, and implant is performed with world-class expertise.
